If you have made an appointment (BOOKED BEFORE MARCH 16TH) and your event has been cancelled due to COVID-19 please email me to organise a credit on your deposit, unfortunately no refunds will be given. You are welcome to use the deposit to reschedule your appointment to a later date, if you do not have a date your credit will be valid for 6 months.
Please note this policy is only valid for bookings made prior to March 16th. If you booked an appointment after this date your deposit is not eligible for a credit.
